By profession: photographer, wedding planner, venue, agency
Entourage works the same way for everyone: a QR code, guests sending from their browser with no app and no account, and an album that fills up live. But each profession uses it in its own way.
What applies to everyone
With the Pro plan, you create one album per event, as many as you need, each with everything in the Complete plan. Your name and logo replace ours, and your QR codes carry your studio address (your-name.entourage.photos): see your brand on your clients' albums.
- One album per event: an album reused for several clients would mix their photos.
- Choose the language (English or French) before printing: the poster, slideshow and emails follow it.
- Decide who is in charge. When signed in, you hand the album space over to your client from the "Give your client access" block; they see no plan and no price there. Or you keep control: see delivering the album to your client.
Photographers
You deliver your edited images; guests bring what you could not cover: getting ready in another house, the table at the back, the dance floor late at night. The couple receives both, under your name.
- During the drinks reception you are shooting: let the venue, the wedding planner or a witness start the slideshow. See the live slideshow.
- After the wedding, prepare the HD archive. The Google Photos export goes to your own Google account: to deliver to the couple, the HD archive or the Apple Photos shortcut from their iPhone are simpler.
Wedding planners
The album fits naturally on your list: one album per wedding, ready well before the date, which the couple receives without configuring anything.
- Put the A4 poster in the welcome kit, and the QR code in the order of service or the menu.
- Switch on the message wall if the couple wants it, and keep the moderation console open on your phone: one card per pending item, "Publish" or "Discard".
- If the wall gets out of hand, the emergency cut-off clears the banner on every screen immediately. Find it before the evening.
Wedding and event venues
A venue hosts one event after another: the album can become a service included in the hire, under your name.
- Create an album for each booked event. A fixed frame at the entrance holds the poster of the day: you change the sheet, not the stand.
- Do not leave a permanent QR code pointing to the same album: Saturday's guests would see the previous Saturday's photos.
- If your rooms have screens, run the slideshow on them, with your logo.
- Once the event is over, close uploads from the settings. You can reopen them.
Agencies and associations
Seminars, launches, corporate parties: the album serves during the event, on a big screen, then as material for the client's communication.
- Choose the "Strict" moderation mode: nothing appears without approval. Name the person who approves before the event, or the screen stays empty.
- Close the guest gallery if the content is internal: each participant only sees their own uploads, you see everything. It is also the right choice for a club or association where children take part.
- The HD archive downloads in parts of about 1 GB; its links are valid for 7 days.
Before every event, go through the list in on the day of the event, and to present the album in your offer, see offering the album to your clients.
