Offer your clients a guest photo album
At a wedding of a hundred and fifty people, guests take hundreds of photos and videos, and almost none of them reach the couple. Here is how to fit the guest album into your offer, word it in a quote and answer the questions you will be asked.
What your clients lose without realising it
The day after a celebration, hosts receive a handful of compressed pictures sent by three people in a group chat. The rest stays on the guests' phones: nobody refuses to share, nobody knows where to send.
With Entourage, guests scan a QR code, a page opens in their phone's browser, with no app and no account, and their photos and videos go into a shared album in original quality.
Three ways to package it
The Pro plan lets you create as many albums as you like, each with everything the Complete plan includes: gallery, slideshow, guestbook, message wall, HD archive, export. How you present it is up to you:
- Included in every booking: a selling point that sets you apart, easy to explain. Suits wedding planners and venues.
- An option in the quote: a priced line, the client decides.
- Part of your top package: it justifies the price gap between your packages.
A line for your quote
One sentence is enough, with no technical jargon:
Guest photo album. A QR code to display on the day: your guests send their photos and videos from their phones, with no app and no account, in original quality. Live slideshow during the reception, shared gallery, guestbook and full archive after the event.
The best times to bring it up: at booking, where the album works as a selling point, then a month before the event to create the album and send the poster. The guide creating and preparing a client's album walks through these steps.
What your client receives
- An A4 poster with the QR code, and the QR code alone as a high resolution PNG for their own materials.
- A gallery that fills up live, and a slideshow for a screen or a projector.
- A guestbook and, if you switch it on, a message wall along the bottom of the slideshow.
- After the event, an HD archive of the originals, or an export to Apple Photos from their iPhone.
- Your name and logo instead of ours: see your brand on your clients' albums.
Your client does not need an account. When you are signed in, the album space shows a "Give your client access" block: you send them the link by WhatsApp, through your phone's share menu, by email, or you copy it. Your client sees no plan and no price there, only the features. You can also keep control and deliver yourself: see delivering the album to your client.
What it costs you
The Pro plan costs €29 per month or €290 per year (two months free), with no commitment and unlimited albums. A photographer covering four weddings a month in season pays a little over €7 per wedding; on the yearly plan, with around fifty events, about €6. The guide the Pro subscription covers billing and cancellation.
The objections you will hear
"Our guests won't install an app."
There is none. The QR code opens a page in the browser, with no account; even the first name is optional.
"What about privacy?"
Albums are never indexed by search engines, photos are hosted by OVHcloud in France and are never used for advertising or to train AI. Your client can close the gallery, so each guest only sees their own uploads. See the privacy guide.
"What if someone sends an inappropriate photo?"
Every photo and every message goes through automatic moderation. When in doubt, content waits for approval, and the "Strict" mode publishes nothing without consent.
