Your brand and your address on your clients' albums
It is your clients and their guests who see the album, not us. The Pro plan therefore lets you put your name, your logo and your own address on it.
What white label changes
Your display name and logo replace ours on everything guests see. A guest who scans the QR code on a table lands on a screen with your name, and finds your logo again in the gallery and on the slideshow. For your client, the album is a service from their photographer, wedding planner or venue.
White label is part of the Pro plan (€29 per month or €290 per year) and applies to every album in your account. You set it up once, from your account, on the "White label" screen.
Preparing your logo
The logo is a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG file of up to 512 KB.
- Prefer a transparent background (PNG, WebP or SVG): a JPEG always keeps a background rectangle around the logo.
- Crop tightly: empty margins reduce the size at which it is displayed.
- SVG stays sharp at every size, printed poster included.
Where your brand appears
Your name and logo appear in six places: the upload screen, the thank you page, the gallery, the guestbook, the A4 poster and the slideshow. The poster's title keeps the colour chosen for the album among the six shades offered.
The studio address
The studio address is your own address on our domain: your-name.entourage.photos. It is printed in your albums' QR codes and only serves the guest pages of your albums.
- Between 3 and 30 characters: lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, with no accents or spaces.
- Use the name your clients know you by, short, without a city or year that might change.
- Set it before printing your posters: it is the address the QR codes will carry.
A printed address cannot be taken back, which is why it never stops working. If you change it, the old one redirects to the new one. If your subscription ends, it still leads to the albums, which become Complete albums hosted for one year, and your brand disappears from their screens. See the Pro subscription.
Checking the result
Before handing a first album to a client, go through the guest journey yourself:
- Create a test album and display its poster.
- Scan the QR code: the address should start with your studio address, and your name and logo should appear on the upload screen.
- Send a photo, then look at the thank you page, the gallery and the slideshow.
